District level Chess tournament

Last week, a couple of our High school students took part in a district level inter school chess tournament conducted at Sudarshan Vidya Mandir.

Chess is a game/sport that is the "in thing" in school - especially after we included it in our annual sports day.

As a run up to this tournament, students also had an "intra BSS" tournament to select the 5 students who represented Bangalore Steiner School.

There were over 140+ participants from 27 schools.
