Knitting needles by G1 parents

Every year, after the orientation sessions for parents for the upcoming academic year, Parents of G1 children undergo a workshop where they create knitting needles from soft wood. These lovingly made needles will be used by their child during the year in knitting/ handwork. The children's reverence towards them is enhanced when they know it was made by their parents for them with their own hands.
