Raku Clay and Copper workshop with master craftsman Bernard Graves

Dear friends,

We are delighted to invite you to Bangalore Steiner School from 9-14 Oct 2025 for a rare opportunity to engage in a Raku Clay and Copper workshop with master craftsman from the UK - Bernard Graves. He is well known in the world of crafting and Waldorf education.

He has compiled and written an excellent resource for craft educators - Crafting: Transforming Materials & the Maker.

We have limited slots for the workshop since we can accommodate only a few participants in a batch. There are also two talks he will be giving and you are welcome to register for that in case you are unable to participate in the workshop.

Please ensure you register by the 25th of September to confirm your participation, which is confirmed on payment.

Raku Clay and Copper Workshop with Bernard Graves

The workshops and talks are as follows:

1. Raku Clay Workshop - 9 to 12 Oct (including Sunday), 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

2. Copper Workshop - 13 to 14 Oct, 9:00 to 5:30 pm

3. Talk 1 - Clay curriculum through the grades - 10 Oct, 3:00 to 4:30 pm

4. Talk 2 - Will-developed intelligence - How working with the hands helps? - 12 Oct, 3:00 to 4:30 pm

The talks are included as part of the workshop fee, so please do not pay for them in case you are registering for any of the workshops.
