Visit by our Mentor - Sven Saar

Our Mentor from the UK - Sven Saar is visiting us currently and will be with us for the next few days.

Sven has been actively and very regularly mentoring us for the past several months. It's great that he was able to visit our campus and spend valuable time with our teachers, observing their classes and mentoring them with his observations.

He will also be interacting with our parent community and share with them his perspectives regarding these two topics:

“How do schools and parents build a partnership with each other"

“Saying yes to the world: A Waldorf journey along the path of adolescence"

About Sven:

Sven Saar grew up in Germany and worked as a class and high school teacher for 30 years, mostly in English Waldorf schools. Throughout his career he has had an active interest in mentoring, teacher development and leadership and served his schools in these areas. He now works full time in Teacher Education and is on the faculty of several courses in the UK and internationally.

Sven works as an active mentor and advisor to schools and teachers in Britain, Germany, Asia and Africa. He co-founded The Modern Teacher in Southern England in 2021, which organizes international online courses such as Waldorf Direct, Waldorf 360 and every child!
